Adequate ballast laid on a bitumen painted and felted base with a treated plywood floor throughout the cabin area.

Lined Sail-away (As Sail-away) Plus

Battened and fully spray foamed by websters.
Hull side lined in 12mm ply along with the front and back bulk heads, cabin sides paneled in solid wood framing with ply paneling.
All bulk heads fitted including bathroom middle wall. Half bulk heads in dinette and kitchen.

Standard fully fitted (As sailaway lined) plus

Engine to suit size of boat
12 volt lighting with 12 volt power where required.
240 volt ring main to be powered by inverter with facility for shore hook up.
Navigation and tunnel lights in 12 volt.
To have diesel fire central heating and hot water via a clorifier also connected to the engine, along with 240 volt emersion heater.
Fresh water to be supplied by integral water tank.
Bedroom to be fitted with a fixed double bed and full size wardrobe.
Bathroom to have shower with sink, cassette toilet, and towel rail.
Radiators to be fin rads size dependant on boat.
Galley to include sink, oven and hob.
All wood work to be in oak or ash double faced ply and block board with solid wood trim
All boats to have 7 coats of paint ( 2 primer, 2 undercoats, 3 topcoats )
The rest of the hull to have 3 coats blacking
Carpeted Throughout and Tiles in Galley and Bathroom
Completed boats to have fully made up log books and all relevant documentation.
